Somebody’s rim is in my side! We couldn’t live in a home where hand-washed dishes get lovingly hand dried. NO, we’re in a home where they let dishes air dry. Those of us who are unbreakable ought to climb out and throw ourselves on the floor every day. They would either start drying us or call an exorcist.

Speaking of air drying, there’s a town in Alberta called Airdrie. It’s not too far from Calgary.
Don’t tell me. A town ordinance forbids dishwashers and clothes dryers.

I know this will sound like a set up for a joke, but I have a cousin who lived in Airdrie; she was a museum curator. She always pronounced it Airdree.
