I’m a needlepoint picture of a clock, but I’m also a clock. Am I essentially decorative, essentially functional, or both? I spend every waking moment pondering this, and a clock never sleeps. On the face of it I could have too much time on my hands.

Could be sitting on needles & pins waiting for the seconds to pass by. Putting a more positive face on it , with all that tread in his production, he doesn’t have be all wound up every day.
