Normally, as an etched-glass door panel, I’m quite reserved and don’t let my emotions show. Every once in a while, though, I see a sunset so beautiful that it makes me all quivery inside. I guess I’m not as hard-edged as the doorknob frequently tells me I am. I don’t know if he’s being critical or just making a pun. It’s hard to tell what a doorknob is thinking.

The trick with communicating with a doorknob is finding the key to their emotions. You have to handle them with care because they are either very extrovert or introvert and everyone is trying to grab their attention.
