I close the comment option on each post after 30 days so that those who click on “Notify me of follow-up comments via email” don’t keep getting comments on that post in their inbox months later. (I changed the cut-off from 15 days at the request of a subscriber.)
About the “Favorites Gallery” menu item: I choose 4 of my favorite Daily Graffs for each month and then single out the one post for that month that I consider to be “The Best of the Best.” I think you’ll enjoy browsing this gallery!
