A Bright Future as a Poet?

Admit it; you saw me right away, the recessed light that’s out. And since I’m directly over the escalators, just how soon do you think I’ll I get a new bulb? In a building with thousands of lights, I end up in the one spot that’s the most inaccessible, a black eye, recessed and depressed. At least I can still rhyme.
