As a car, I think this place gives new meaning to parking between the lines.

Have you noticed, you can take great care to nicely park between the lines, and some clown will intentionally take up two spaces straddling the lines. Makes no difference now, but when the lot fills up…
That “clown” usually has a new car he/she doesn’t want scratched. Never done it myself, but I’ve see the marks of “vigilante justice.”
Is the car in jail? You have to read between the lines. As I look up, I see clear blue sky, so I know I’m free. The car must be locked up.
