Our combined tribes have the palefaces surrounded. Now they’ll have to give us our lands back.

I’ll have one of each – please. 😉
I’m waiting for the day when we can e-mail or tweet cookies to each other.
That would be waaaaaay cool!
Yummy ..John ha ha !
And I thought perhaps this was a representation of cowchips the settlers burned to scare the spirits away. My grandfather who homesteaded in Kansas told me some stories about doing this very thing.
Wow! To think that your grandfather was one of the homesteaders!
Yep, walked from Arkansas to Kansas without 5 cents in his pocket and he was barefoot. This was my dad’s Dad and truly a remarkable man. One of the responsibilities for homesteading was that you had to have a home built within the first year and grandfather built a dugout he lived in for 3 years with no heat/running water/etc. His first responsibility was to clear the land and farm!
One of the West’s founding grandfathers. 🙂
Fall or Thanksgiving cookies. Should we celebrate the uniqueness? Maybe they should be separated to keep them from fighting. The melting pot theory has gone down the drain, from what we were taught in school.
A melting pot, on this cooktop, would have wiped out ALL the combatants.
That’s the way the cookie crumbles
Just not for the palefaces, who evidently were able to consolidate their land grab.
Sweet! It appears they are all of the unbeetable sugar variety, therefore they shall be raising cane as they are able.
This is not exactly a melting pot.
And the Native Americans are sorry it ever BECAME one!
« Yeah, Right.
