I hate to bother that fellow while he’s reading, but I wonder if he has any Preparation H.

I could make piles of jokes there
John, You have gone too far on this one and this does not “sit well” with me. You need better “preparation”!!!
I’ve considered that you were serious. In trying to imagine how you were interpreting the situation, I changed the title to make it medicinally clear.
My tongue was in my cheek. Don’t take me serious!
That’s a relief. I always worry about offending my readers. I knew that this post was slightly edgy but decided it didn’t cross the line.
You hit this one square on the behind, John. Fits perfectly…LOL
HeHe! I knew I nailed this one as soon as I finished the caption–the guy looks so uncomfortable. I am puzzled when one like this only gets 12 “likes.”
Sometimes it’s timing of the post, I find. Since many people only use their reader and follow lots of people, they may miss that particular post. I get yours via email so catch up on them when I can and rarely miss one. Maybe try posting it again of a best of eventually at a time you’ve noticed gets lots of attention. 🙂
I’ve always launched each post at 5 minutes after midnight, but I might try a morning launch.
never know…I did some experimenting with that, and it can be interesting. Weekends are usually less popular from my experience.
OK, I’m experimenting. I’ve just changed the launch time for upcoming posts from 12:05 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. I don’t want to make it later because it makes it even later in their day when people like Al in England and Nia in Turkey will get the posts.
Yes, I hear you on wanting to keep your loyal fans happy. They found you at that time, so it obviously suits them. The fun thing about a change is you may pick up some new fans too.
If I don’t pick up new people after a week, I’ll go back to the old “launch” time.
Nothing worse than a butt head that interrupts one who is focused on reading.
David! What a day-brightener to have you drop in! Your comment sits well with me. 🙂
I do hope it’s padded…
What a time to misplace my library card. I’m stuck here for who knows how long, without my cell phone or my tablet.
The cold hard facts can’t be ignored. The fella in the business suit looks pretty anxious, while the guy in the period garb seems to be ignoring the discomfort of the former.
You covered it all in one sitting.
Just itchin’ to know, aren’t ya?
That’s painful, Dave.
