Every time that big light shows up they turn me off. I wish I could figure out a way to get them to keep me on, but I’m not that bright.

Good to see your blog John
Nothing like a kilowatt in our neighborhood.
Age Test: Remember “Reddy Kilowatt?
How do you Kilowatt ?
Punch his lights out.
With that snow he sparkles Plenty. If her father finds out, he’ll pull the plug on that hanky-panky.
Your comment is electrifying (but not shocking).
As the weather gets milder, the big light comes earlier, stays longer, and
I am getting even more time off. I hear rumors they might replace me with something called a LED. What’s a diode?
A diode is when you borrowed a die from a neighbor’s workshop and ode it back to him.

There IS a twin, “Lefty.”
A very nice blue hour shot.
Thanks, Tim, but your shot of the 2 hot-air balloons being filled at night during the “blue hour” is more than nice–it’s GORGEOUS!
John, thank you. This was done early in the morning. I’ve worked with this image and I’ve decide that what I like best is the narrow area of people under the balloons. They are some what eerily lit. That area of my image reminds me of some of Gregory Crewdson’s photographs. Here is a link to Gagosian Gallery, who represents him. http://www.gagosian.com/artists/gregory-crewdson
Crewdson takes his images at the blue hour. I find many of them haunting.
John, thank you for following my blog. That is greatly appreciated.
Best with your continued witty statements.
Thanks for the link. I just viewed many of Crewdson’s images. Impressive!
John, you’re welcome.
