How He HANDLES Deception

03/27/2017 § 9 Comments

I hate to break it to you guys, but he did NOT wheel us out into the front yard to “catch some rays.” He wants the neighbors to think he’s doing a ton of yard work while he naps in the hammock out back.

Never a Dull Moment

It’s going to be a busy month.  Tinkerbell has reserved my
second-floor room for a week, and I’ll be a pavilion for three
frog weddings and a slugfest.  I’ve told the slugs that they
HAVE to clean up their slime trails, even if they have to back
out of here and mop as they go.  It grosses out anyone
considering me as a venue.

The Flowering of the Proletariat

Photo of a close-up of a spirea bloom

I am just one tiny petal.  Five of us make up one small
floret; a number of florets make up one flower cluster; and all
the flower clusters together make this glorious blooming
shrub.  Question: How can I distinguish myself in this rigid
hierarchy?  Also, am I pretty?
